Volunteer: 2025 SS Open House Event Take Down (Wed Oct 22, 7:30pm-9:00pm)

Volunteers will assist our staff with taking down the Open House event set up in the check-in area, then move into the gym after presentation is over.

Some of the responsibilities of this position include: taking down tables, collecting table cloths, sign holders, balloon bundles, flower arrangements and storing them away for the next day's event. Volunteers should dress comfortably.

For example, labeling yearbooks, stuffing envelopes, folding, printing, laminating etc. The opportunities are typically during the day and only take 2-4 hours to complete. If you sign-up for this opportunity, you will be contacted for your availability when a specific job is identified.

Unclaimed items are cleaned, washed, and either sent to a charity (annually), or sold at the school's uniform sale. Two to three parents share this job and usually rotate. The distribution of the tasks and day/time is flexible but needs a school year-round commitment.
