Opportunities

Assist facilities with the 20'x40' tent set up in the parking lot.

Set up all tents in the designated areas as per volunteer coordinator instructions. When you arrive for your shift, please check in at the Administrative Annex (building beside the Uniform Shop).

Provide volunteers with their nametags, confirm their volunteer position, direct where station is located.

Volunteers will take down tables and chairs, along with the popcorn machine, pop-up tents, the BBQ station, the Root Beer Float station, and clean up garbage and recycling. This is a key volunteer need for the BBQ - many hands make light work!

Hand out freezies and snacks to the delight of students and the young at  heart and ensuring only one per person.

A Southridge favourite! Volunteers will make and serve root beer floats and hand out beverages.

Photo Day volunteers assist with the check-in process, and help to ensure our students look their best for their photo (i.e. uniform checks, any last minute hair fixes)!
