Volunteers will be sorting and prepping for day of feast crafting in the Junior School. Volunteers will meet in the Junior School Great Hall after signing in at front desk.

The annual PYP Feast and MYP Breakfeast are fun & engaging events for students and parent volunteers! Both events will have the students enjoying their meals in the Senior School Cafe. Setup volunteers will help to arrange tables and chairs, decorate, move and lift boxes from Junior School to Senior School Cafe, and prepare for services. Volunteers are advised to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Volunteers will meet at the Senior School Cafe after signing in at front desk.

Volunteers meet regularly to manage items in Lost and Found. They are sorted, hung up, and if labeled, distributed to the student to be reclaimed. Unclaimed items are cleaned, washed, and either sent to a charity (annually), or sold at the school’s uniform sale. Two to three parents share this job and usually rotate. The distribution of the tasks and day/time is flexible but needs a school year-round commitment.
