Volunteer: 2025 SS Feast - Roaming Photographer (Dec 18, 5:30pm - 9pm)

This volunteer will act as a photographer for the Senior Feast. They will roam around with a camera, capturing a few archival photos of the event set-up as well as candid photos of students enjoying the event, parent volunteers working in their roles, etc. An SLR digital camera can possibly be provided OR you can bring your own *discrete* equipment. (If you use your own equipment, you would be asked to edit the set of photos and provide them to the school within a few days. If you choose to use the school camera provided, you will not be required to edit or upload any of the photos. Please be sure to return the camera at the end of the event to Laura Holland.). You must also be comfortable with the photos being used by the school after the event (i.e. posting on Vidigami (password-protected), social media channels, or in digital marketing materials).

The annual Senior Feast is a fun event for students and parent volunteers! Clean-up volunteers will help to clean up the cafeteria, hallways, and/or classrooms after the meal. They may also help with clean-up of the gym after the event ends, returning the school to its original state for the next morning's classes. This shift ends around the same time as student pick-up, for your convenience. Comfy clothes and shoes are a must!
