The annual Senior Feast is a fun event for students and parent volunteers! Check-in volunteers will help to welcome parents to the evening, sign them in according to certain protocols, and provide important reminders for the evening. With so many people arriving at once, it's sure to be a busy time!

The annual Senior Feast is a fun event for students and parent volunteers! Server volunteers will help to distribute food and/or drinks, ensure items are kept at temperature and replenished, and served with holiday cheer.

The annual Senior Feast is a fun event for students and parent volunteers! Runner volunteers will be positioned in the hallways on each floor (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs) and be available to retrieve additional food, drinks, and/or other supplies from the Cafeteria, to bring back to the advisories in their classrooms.

The annual Senior Feast is a fun event for students and parent volunteers! Server volunteers will help to distribute food and/or drinks to kids in their advisories, ensuring items are replenished and served with holiday cheer.

This volunteer will act as a photographer for the Senior Feast. They will roam around with a camera, capturing a few archival photos of the event set-up as well as candid photos of students enjoying the event, parent volunteers working in their roles, etc. An SLR digital camera can possibly be provided OR you can bring your own *discrete* equipment. (If you use your own equipment, you would be asked to edit the set of photos and provide them to the school within a few days. If you choose to use the school camera provided, you will not be required to edit or upload any of the photos. Please be sure to return the camera at the end of the event to Laura Holland.). You must also be comfortable with the photos being used by the school after the event (i.e. posting on Vidigami (password-protected), social media channels, or in digital marketing materials).

The annual Senior Feast is a fun event for students and parent volunteers! Carving volunteers will help to carve the turkeys to serve to students. 

The annual Senior Feast is a fun event for students and parent volunteers! Clean-up volunteers will help to clean up the cafeteria, hallways, and/or classrooms after the meal. They may also help with clean-up of the gym after the event ends, returning the school to its original state for the next morning's classes. This shift ends around the same time as student pick-up, for your convenience. Comfy clothes and shoes are a must!

The Grade Parent role helps build community by welcoming families, sharing school updates, encouraging involvement in events, and serving as a friendly connector between parents and the school.

Clerical volunteers are 'on-call' for occasional administrative support opportunities at the school. For example, labeling yearbooks, stuffing envelopes, folding, printing, laminating etc. The opportunities are typically during the day and only take 2-4 hours to complete. If you sign-up for this opportunity, you will be contacted for your availability when a specific job is identified.

Volunteers meet bi-weekly to manage items in Lost and Found. They are sorted, hung up, and if labeled, distributed to the student to be reclaimed. Unclaimed items are displayed once a month in the Alan Brown Great Hall, and if not claimed should be bagged and removed (either sent to a charity (annually) or sold at or sold at the school's uniform sale. 4-8 parents share this job and usually rotate. The distribution of the tasks and day/time is flexible but needs a school year-round commitment.
