The Production Manager is stationed at the AV/tech booth, working closely with the production company to ensure a seamless event. This includes performing sound/lighting checks, logging into and starting the livestream, cueing which slides/videos should be shown at which times (according to script), communicating with the fundraising consultant and auctioneer to provide final bids/bidder information during the live auction, etc.
